Jasmine (Grandiflorum) Absolute 3% Dilution Essential Oil
Botanical Name: Jasminum grandiflorum
Plant Part: Flowers
Extraction Method: Solvent
Extraction Consistency: Thick
Note: Middle
Strength of Aroma: Light
Aromatic Scent: Jasmine Grandiflorum Absolute has a smooth, extremely intense floral smell that is both sweet and lingering.
Cautions: It is important to note that all absolutes are extremely concentrated by nature. They should not be evaluated in this state unless you are accustomed to the undiluted fragrance. For those trying Absolutes for the first time, we strongly recommend they be evaluated in dilution. Otherwise, the complexity of the fragrance - particularly the rare and exotic notes - becomes lost.

Grandiflorum
I love Jasmine. First I tried Sambac and this time the Grandiflorum. I use it as a perfume. I prefer the 'loud' Sambac scent but my daughter likes it better when I use the Grandiflorum.

Sambac is my favourite of the Jasmines
Its sweet bouquet is ethereal and down-to-earth at the same time.
( Can someone say " Yin-Yang " ? ! )

Welcome to Unforgettable....
It's a wonder how more people don't have the Grandiflorum variety in their medicine cabinet just for the fact it captures for you such a calming experience !

Such a beautiful smelling scent
Just about EVERY oil I have smelled from Bulk Apothecary, essential oil or fragrance oil, smells so beautiful, sexy, clean, you name it. This scent's smell is just as beautiful as it's name. It makes a wonderful shampoo/body wash. It makes a wonderful laundry soap. It also makes a wonderful "you-name-it."

Sweet and Subtle
I purchased the Grandiflorum 3% Dilution and am quite happy with it. It has a very mild aroma, and I cam apply the oil directly to my wrists with no problem. The scent is sweet and delicate, and makes me think of starry nights in a garden. This is the first jasmine eo I've ever own, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I am quite happy with it.

A little hard for me to get used to
I am still trying it in my products to see how I like it, but I love the quality of the oil, just not sold completely on the scent yet. Maybe after a few tries I will get it right.

Sambac Variety
I ordered the Sambac variety. It is strong even diluted but has the sweet clarity of fragrance I was looking for for my products.
