The 2.125" x 2.125" label is a high gloss paper label that can be printed on any home printer. They are the exact same as the 2.125 x 1.6875 labels but they also have a safety seal feature. Labels can be designed in Microsoft Word or virtually any design software of your choice. A PDF template can be found under the "Additional Product Information" tab. Sheets are standard 8.5" x 11" sheets that fit in any Inkjet printer. Only $1.50/ sheet of 12 labels.

Just what I needed
Pretty much a match for my needs. The surface is slick/shiny so I'll likely use an "everyday" photo-paper printer setting. No manufacturer's template info so, yeah, as has been mentioned in reviews it's either DIY or find from another source. (Search on "templates for tamper-evident lipstick labels" for several downloadable options, incl the one from Online Labels.) Might be worthy of BA's otherwise conscientious customer-service sensibilities to provide one on this page. All in: I recommend this product.

I love the idea of making your own labels. I wish they were white and not clear. But I'm excited to use them all together.

How do I make the labels?
I ordered these foe my chap sticks but can not find anywhere the template so they are useless.

Template doesn't work with MAC
The labels themselves are nice, the safety seal does not go around the whole tube. I did have a major issue with not having a template that I could manipulate to write what I wanted on it. I did not find one on Bulk Apothacary's website, if they have one. Instead I found a link(?) to take me to a place that I could use that template- for PC or Adobe or Meastro. I have a MAC- which doesn't work with those programs (if it does I couldn't figure it out and Meastro did not impress me. I ended up going to Avery and created my own template that worked. Long way around to a workable end result.

Great product
The product is great but what a chore trying to set up to print on it. You have to make your own settings and after a couple times trying to print. You think you have it and still waste stickers.

Great Label
The best place to find a template is labels online. They print up great. They do not last on the product which kind of sucks since you miss out on repeat orders but they still look professional when sold.
