Must Have!
I have been using Acidophilius for 23 years after advice from an Aryvedic Physician. I have used this product for at least 8 years. You must keep it in the refrig (no exceptions) and take on an empty stomach ( prefer in the morning) . It is great for colds, viruses, yeast infections, any kind of infection. I have gotten rid of planters warts and Shingles in 4 days. I take 1-2 a day and if I am not feeling good or a little off I will take 3-4 3x a day. Side effect. Gassy feeling. This is caused by the Acidophilius fighting the yeast. Hang in there it will disappear as the yeast is killed off. Another side effect is lack of craving sweets (YEAH) Love this product and ALWAYS have it in my refrigerator!
