(Please Note: This is NOT a melt and pour soap base and can not be melted down. You will need to cut bars to size. It is in this section because many soap makers cut the larger blocks and sell them under their brand similar to how they sell the melt and pour soaps.)

African Black Soaps have a very high natural glycerin content, As a result, it readily absorbs moisture from the air leading to a thin white-colored film on the surface. This is not mold or harmful to the soap. Simply put water on the soap and it will disappear.
Ingredients: Honey, shea butter, osun (camwood), palm kernal oil, cocoa pod ash, palm bunch ash, aloe vera, lime juice, water, fragrance (fragrance is only in the bar sizes, 10lb. block is not fragranced.)

Not sure yet if I like it
I have very oily, acne-prone skin. I am trying this soap but I end up feeling "greasy" after just an hour or two. Not sure yet if it's going to work for me. However my elderly mom has been trying it too & like's the way it makes her face feel smooth & soft. I took the bar & cut it in half, in case I didn't end liking it I wasn't wasting the entire thing.

Helps with my daughter's eczema.
We started using this black soap the day it arrived. A little goes a long way, because it lathers very well. My daughter has eczema on her arms, we try to control her skin issues with diet changes, but sometimes her skin still gets inflammed when she starts scratching. She told me the other day that she loves this soap, and even showed me her arm and said some of her eczema has faded. I love it for my face,as well, it removes my makeup without tearing up my skin.

Can't Live without it!
I am spoiled by this brand & have learned to buy in bulk. I tried BA's a few months ago & loved it. It really left my skin clean with absolutely no residue. I ran out & in a pinch purchased a drugstore brand that was nowhere near this 1 in quality. It was also more expensive. I am hooked on this brand now.

I cannot say enough about this soap. If you love your skin, buy some. It is amazing and luscious. Conditioning, soothing and wonderfully natural. Hands down best soap. no scent needed. My skin loves it.
