Boric Acid
Very pleased with everything quality service etc.
Recommend bulk apothecary on all there products. Probably can't get Boric Acid
in Drug Stores anymore like the old days.
I purchased a large amount and put in new
buckets with lids. I use it in part for
carpenter ants.

pest control
Got the boric powder the other day, mixed some sugar and water and and acid and set about killing the little sugar ants that were invading my condo. Had a ball watching the ants come and go. I only takes around 24 hours to eliminate a colony.

Boric acid - and killin' termites just keeps on comin'.
The termites and other bugs think the boric acid is coccaine - they snort it and die.

Not exactly what I expected
I thought I was getting boric acid in powder form. This was more of a fine crystal like table salt. Still, the price is excellent and it does the trick warding off ants; not quite as well as the powder form. I will try to grind in a coffee grinder to see if I can make it into powder. All & all, I am very

Real stuff.
This boric acid is as good as the one I used to buy at the drug store. So much more affordable. I took out the boric acid out of the plastic pouch and put it in the previous plastic container I had.

Lots Of Big Lumps
Besides being very lumpy and needing sifting, pulverizing, and repackaging, the price, product, and delivery were great. Remember that this stuff is mildly toxic, so wear protection and ventilate!!!

Good stuff!
My Mom always had boric acid on hand. It is difficult to find these days. Ask a clerk in any chain pharmacy...most likely they will not know of what you speak. I was recently diagnosed with an eye condition and the doc prescribed Baush and Lomb solution. Paid $24 for 1.5 ounce. When I got home read the 'fine print': active ingredient is boric acid. So there you have it. Mixed some up last night. Works like a charm. I will not be handing over any more $24 to B&L. Consumer beware.
