Bulk Apothecary Customer Pickup

As a courtesy to our local customers, and those who wish to arrange for their own transportation of products purchased from BulkApothecary.com, we offer a customer pickup option at our fulfillment center in Aurora, Ohio.

How It Works: 

• You’ll receive an email from sales@bulkapothecary.com when your order is ready.
• The subject line will be: "Your Bulk Apothecary Order Has Been Updated (#YourOrderNumber)"
• Email includes: Order total, order date, payment method, and pickup status.
• ⚠️ ONLY ONCE THIS EMAIL HAS BEEN RECEIVED WILL YOUR ORDER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP. Arriving before confirmation may result in the inability to pick up your order. 

Updated Order Holding Policy: 

• Orders held for 15 business days after pickup notification.
• Unclaimed orders will be considered abandoned after 30 days if we cannot reach you. 

Express Same-Day Pickup:

• Call 888-728-7612 to check availability.
• A 15% expedite fee applies.
• Same-day pickup is not guaranteed due to order volume and inventory constraints.

• Enter through the door next to the dock.
• Our team will retrieve and assist with loading your order.
• Sign your invoice upon pickup.
