Scent Profile:
This fragrance is reminiscent of smooth chocolate spiked with notes of orange and white musk. Excellent in cold process soap.

Dark Temptation (AXE Type) Fragrance Oil has been tested for the following applications: Candle Making, Soap, and Personal Care Applications such as Lotion, Shampoo and Liquid Soap. –Please Note – This fragrance may also work in countless other applications. The uses above are simply those products that we lab tested this fragrance in. For other uses, it is recommended to test a small amount prior to full scale use. All of our fragrance oils are intended for external use only and should not be ingested under any circumstances.

Smells good
I use the fragrances for my oil blends, for anointing and to wear. I don’t know what the original Dark Temptation smells like. This smells like a men’s body wash. Smells clean and musky.

Do not use in cold press soap
I made a recipe of cold press soap and divided the recipe for 2 different scents. When I added the dark temptation to 1/2 the batch the soap riced and seized up immediately. It was not pourable into a mold and had to be scooped out. The other part of my soap was pourable into molds so I know it was not the recipe I used. The scent was not as good as I expected.

A Favorite Scent
I use BA's version of Axe's Dark Temptation fragrance oil on my beard to soften it and add a masculine scent. I have had several compliments. I am very pleased with this product.

Not exactly how it's described
This has a nice scent, but it's definitely NOT on the darker notes side it has more of a floral scent which could be used for a woman's perfume. I expected a bit more of a darker scent with some bit of a spice. I didn't get that~ It's not a favorite~ But I do like it~

Adore this fragrance
This is a wonderful fragrance for blending to give darker notes to a fragrance. It's a beautiful masculine fragrance. Can't get enough of it.

Doesn't behave well in Cold Processed Soap
Loved the Scent! However, if you are going to be making Cold Processed Soap, I would reconsider. I of course am not an 'experienced' soaper, if you are you may have better results. As soon as I added the lye to the batch it started to rice and caused major clumps in my batch. I was able to salvage some of the soap but will not be able to resale. Will have to use for personal use. The scent is AMAZING though.

Excellent Sillage
Carries and wafts very well. I'm not personally fond of this scent myself as I think it smells like a locker room at a junior high but I put it out on my floor and it received a lot of attention from teenage boys and their mothers. It will defiantly be a good seller.

Axe Dark temptation Fragrance oil.is spot on. I think the guys will love it. I have to have something for them too I was told. I think they'll be very happy! Totally recommend!
