I use this before bed getting into bed on the back of my neck. It gets stiff during the day and makes it hard to fall asleep Aroma Siez relaxes the muscles right away so I don't fight with trying to get comfortable from the stiffness.

Until I had this product, I was suffering intensely with leg cramps. Sometimes, it would be 4-5 times in the night that I would be wakened from a deep sleep with the intense pain.

After I began to use this oil - always- on every occasion - the cramping would stop within 5 minutes. I rub the oil directly onto the muscles that are affected. Some people need a carrier oil (olive, almond, etc.) with this, but I am OK without it.

Now, instead of leg cramps on a frequent basis - multiple times a night- I can go 3-4 months or longer without the cramping. I never go without a bottle with me, however. I keep one beside my bed and one in my car at all times. It is the only thing that I have found that stops the leg cramps.

Very nice. Light in scent. #4 stars because I think it could be a little richer in scent...however, I like it in the diffuser plus it's very affordable!
