Helps Release Emotions
I recently endured a lengthy miscarriage and had to go on Zoloft. I wanted to come off the medicine so I re-ordered some of things I used for anxiety pre pregnancy. This was a new one. I highly recommend. It has helped me to release some tears that I can tell my body has been holding. Very powerful.

I totally agree with this blend being calming and grounding.
At the end of the day I just put smear on the end of my nose by covering the orifice with my finger and tipping it to just get it wet. If there is a bit to much for the end of my nose I put the rest on my chin.
