Ordered 100 of these in two different flavors! 1 tube had no cap and came out sticky like a glue stick, so I was like Okay. Just a dud. No big deal. I had leftover lip balm after giving them out as gifts, I tried 2 more of them. They're both like a glue stick on your lips and do not come off easily. Now I wonder if anyone else's i gave out was just as bad.
The only good thing about this was the packaging and price for the quantity. -
