Best base soap
I think this soap base is better than soap base in the store. It really works to get gritty dirt off. I garden and use this bar soap to get yes, dirt off my hands. It doesn't dry out my hands like similar soap ( including so-called, hand made goat milk soap from the grocery store). I will keep buying this product, it is great!

This base is fantastic! It behaves well, works with pretty much any scent additives without problems. Smooth and versatile base. I won't buy from anywhere else.

Okay Melt and pour.. price doubled!
Good soap with good lather. It doesn’t melt quickly but it sets quickly. I don’t like how it double in price within a matter of months. Definitely not affordable anymore.

Best Ever!
I love this soap base! The only problem with it is that they can't seem to keep it in stock. If I had it my way I would never use any other soap base.

Disappointed
This was my first purchase of the Stephenson brand. For me, the soap base became sticky like marshmallow creme before it was completely melted, and then it started the set before i could get my fragrance and color mixed in. In fact, it was so bad I had to toss a 1 1/2 lb batch. I bought 10 lbs so I'll just be limping through with the rest, but I will jot be purchasing this brand again.

Best product
I have used this product for over a year now. Once it was out of stock and I had to buy from another wholesale company. I was not happy with the other company's goats milk base. It was watery and took just a few seconds to melt down. I couldnt wait to get this product back in stock. I will never buy goats milk base from another company. Apothecary is the best.
