It's been so many years and my nose too close to the bottle of this Herbal Essence tribute that I cannot say how similar it is to one of the favorite scents of my youth { and Clairol's biggest mistake in dropping both the shampoo and the fragrance }.

But it is strong and plays in that same arena as the original.

Looking forward to using it in some aloe vera melt and pour as well as my first batch of hot process.

I think this and a hemp soap recipe might just be the only soap I'll want to make.

This stuff smells fantastic just on it's own.

Now if there was a Breck from the 60s scent available.......

Love, love the fragrance, best on the market and long lasting. The drawback is that I have used this in 6 loaves of cold process soaps, using different recipes and at different temperatures and this is the worst acceleration I have ever experienced in soap making, without fail. It literally gets so hard it fall out of my ball in one lump, with the bowl shape intact! That being said though, I will continue to use this (it is a customer favorite) and just have to glop out the hard batter, use my gloved hands and push and press this into my molds

Customers love this scent. so far I used it in CP soap. I will use it in bath bombs and emulsified sugar scrub. In my first CP batch (I wasn't prepared), but it accelerated a bit.Thankfully I added it separately to my 3 layers. second at third layer wasn't a big deal, since I knew I had to work fast. My second try was with a salt bar recipe. Interestingly it did not accelerated. Strong scent. I am back for more.
