I use this in a mixture fore gun cleaning. The lanolin allows me to store guns for 1 to 2 years without worrying about corrosion. It blends well and really protects the metal.

I've used and Handled Lanolin several times in the past. I've found some supplies of it have very odorous scents to them. This one is a very mild scent which shows the quality of the grade of product. Even the texture of the Lanolin itself seems to have a more homogenized creamy feel to it unlike some I've used with more oily and slightly separated consistency. Would and will order from this supplier again for this quality.

This is exactly what I was looking for. "Pure" lanolin. Not a cream or other lotion mixture, but thick sticky pure lanolin. It's the best cure for dry cracking knuckles during a long winter in Maine. Or rough heels. My last jar came directly from New Zealand years ago and I was desperate to find a replacement. It's not something you use as an everyday moisturizer, so the 13 oz size is going to last me for years.
