No Scent
I purchased this product to use in my soap making (cp).. when I opened the bottle I couldn't smell anything, I shook bottle (thinking maybe things had settled) and still no scent.. I decided to give it a try regardless, and I have beautiful soaps with lavender buds but absolutely no scent!

Smells too light
This item is a Hydrosol and not an oil. I thought this as an oil. Please read description carefully. The scent is very subtle.

Light and beautiful
This smells like a mild sweet lavender, but not too sweet. I used it for my baby products line. It's just the right amount of lavender and not overpowering.

Perfect hydrosol
I tried lavender water as an emulsifier for the first time in my facial lotion this week. After reading about hydrosols (or hydrolates) recently, and how they are made, I wanted to try one. They are a result of the distillation process and a clean emulsifier. It brought all the essential oils, shea butter and sweet almond oil into perfect unison. I put about 1/8 teaspoon into melted shea butter and mixed it up. the rest of my ingredients blended in perfectly and the suble scent is beautiful.I will use it nest to make perfume spray. I look forward to other flower waters becoming available.Wonderful website! great customer service.
