Lecithin is a naturally occurring compound found in all cells in nature, plant and animal. Suggested Usage

This lecithin is super, doesn't glob up, blends well, and is non-GMO which is my most favorite quality about this product. Too many lecithin products are made from GMO soy. This works great.
I also like the packaging because it keeps it dry between uses and is sturdy.
