I ordered this product because my husband is in the ARMY and wears a lot of equipment, by the end of the day he has a lot of aches. When I put this on him at night the next morning he said he slept better and felt great when he woke up. Which sold me on it, since NOTHING seem to work for him. I ordered a gallon of this because I have a bad knee and it aches and cramps constantly. There are days I can barely get up and down stairs or walk without pain. I received my order yesterday ( Dec 5th 2012.) I put this to use right away. This has a feeling like Icy Hot but works a lot better. I massaged this on my knee before going to bed and I slept better than I have in months. No pain or knee cramps at all. Today I am able to walk down my basement steps to do laundry with no pain.
