works nicely but doesn't mist for 8 hours as stated,(Diffuses up to eight hours then shuts off automatically.) if you are lucky it will mist for approx 3 hours. Since buying this one I've bought 3 others that do intermittent 30 sec mist/off and lasts about 12 hours.

Best diffuser I have purchased
This diffuser is half the price of the one I purchased form Amazon and quarter the price from Young Living or DuTerra! Bonus - it looks and works better. It diffuses instantly and looks very pleasant. I will be ordering another for the office.

I've just received my Ultrasonic diffuser, and I've been using it almost nonstop. It is a lot bigger than the picture indicates, and I can tell the faux wood is plastic, but it works wonderfully! The mist is cool and disperses the essential oils beautifully. It's almost silent, with just the slightest sound of trickling water. I tried warming the oils in a warmer, and I couldn't smell them at all. The diffuser is worlds better. It also has a soft, changing night light setting. I am very happy with this product.
