I bought the 7lb bucket, and like a few people here, had no idea how to get it out at first. When you remove SOME of the palm oil, you need to make sure the entire container is completely liquid and mixed so that you get all of the essentials that separate out when it solidifies. So I did this: I got out my stock pot, filled it halfway with water, set a glass bowl upside down in the bottom, then placed the bucket on top of that. I heated the water, and the water quickly melted the palm oil inside the bucket. After removing the bucket from the pot and stirring vigorously, I separated the oil into 3 smaller and easily microwavable containers! I have used this palm oil in 3 soap batches and it worked out beautifully. I love Bulk Apothecary, they have the best prices, nice customer service and fast shipping.

Palm Oil
The quality on this product looks great, but one of the two buckets that I ordered, did not have a safety seal on it. When I called the company, they were very willing to ship me a shipping label, and ship me a new palm oil to replace it as soon as I call them with a tracking number. The bucket with the safety seal looks excellent!
