Prompt shipping and excellent product. I've used Bentonite Clay before when my children had the flu symptoms. I made it into a warm paste and smeared it all over them. A few minutes later they took a warm bath. All three times I used it, they were well the next day. I've decided to use it externally again for a detox, making a warm foot bath to remove poisons.
