Pure Bentonite clay is known for it's excellent oil absorption properties. Our natural bentonite clay has a particle size: 80% smaller than 74 microns, 40% smaller than 44 microns.
Pure Bentonite Clay
Bentonite clay, is considered by many as a healing clay and has been widely used. When applied to the skin, it is thought to absorbs toxins and poisons that get trapped in the skin. The clay typically originates from the mountainous Wyoming region and mined directly from the earth. It’s coloring can range from light gray to off-white with little to no odor. It’s filled with minerals and is considered by many to have a shelf life of 4-5 years. It is important to note that Bentonite clay is not suitable for ingestion. This is a natural product from the earth that is known to contain lead.
Most Common Uses (For research purposes only. Uses below are NOT recommendations for use by Bulk Apothecary, rather information compiled from sources like Wikipedia):
Landscape Sealant- Outdoor areas such as ponds, dams and ditches can be sealed using the product. It will prevent toxins and waste from dripping into the area being used.
Crayons- The clay is used in making crayons and binding the ingredients together to make a strong colorant.
Drilling- When mixed with other ingredients, the product is used in a drill string for the oil and gas drilling industry.

Surprise Clay
After doinpg a lot of research I bought this product . My first use was far a facial. It tightened my skin and did a great job exfoliating. Plan on using for detox and body contouring next.

Beats Having to search Brooklyn, NY for it!
I truly searched every Brooklyn health food store and a few stores in manhattan, trying to find the Aztec Indian Healing clay and I was told it was all sold out and possibly, no longer being manufactured.
I totally could not accept that. So I came here and needed to re-up on my sheabutter and randomly searched for the clay here and TADA, here it was! I love this stuff! -

Shipping was quick and well packed, a bit expensive on shipping but isn't all shipping?

Mixes very smooth and zero clumps when mixing for a face mask ! I love it I also mix it into my bath bombs to make them extra hard

Allergy Clay
This is a good clay to use on skin that is irritated. In horses you can use it as a feed to help internal along with a paint on inflamed skin. It works for inflammation people and animals skin.

This is a good facial mask when mixed with raw acv. Wish it was a higher quality so it could be used interally.
