This product is for creating suds. Sodium Lauryl Sulfate cuts grease and dirt, generates copious suds, and biodegrades quickly and completely. I am just getting into the whole make your own soap thing and so I'm not really sure. However it is the base ingredient in soap. I imagine it could be used as a base for hand soap, dish soap, liquid laundry detergent etc. I am buying this product and will be experimenting with it as I have been able to find very little info online about how best to use this product. I will let you know how my experiments go and if you do some experimenting of your own I'd appreciate a heads up : ).

I ordered this in a rush and I was surprised when it arrives and it was not in powder form. However even though I cannot use it in my bath bomb recipe I have been able to use it in my bubble bars and it works great.

I recently ordered this to use for my bath products, and it does wonders! It creates a nice foam, just like I wanted. This is in liquid form, shampoo-type consistency. I would recommend!

I love this product the only problem is I thought it was gonna be in powdered form. Besides that you get a lot for your dollar.

I purchased the 8lb. Of this and it arrived in a gallon jug. Perfect for pouring and storing. I was previously using the powder form from a different company and find that this liquid form gives my finished product a smoother look.

I couldn't make bubble bars without this product! Even people with sensitive skin can use my bars without an issue and everyone loves how bubbly the bath gets. I also add to my melt and pour soaps to create nice, thick lather since I put in moisturizers that will leave the soap base with a low lather.
