It was suggested for help with anxiety and/or panic attacks....I have been able to quit meds used for same....also..it has helped with breathing...in fact I'm using only this oil and not needing 2 others I have been using.... :))

I had been using a small jar of rosemary essential oil for my hair and face. Was pleased to be able to find a larger bottle so I can continue using this amazing product. Since being introduced to essential oils, I continue to be amazed how wonderful they are. Have recommended using them to several friends and co-workers.

I mixed this oil with peppermint and a tiny bit of lavender, used the Atlas Cedarwood as a base and and sweet almond oil as the carrier oil. My boyfriend says this was wonderful on his sore muscles. These oils are all a wonderful quality, much better than where I was purchasing from before.
