Wow!
This FO smells AMAZING! I just received my box (excellent timing as usual from Bulk Apothecary) and I cannot wait to use this in my men's whipped body butter. My guy clients are not that fond of loud scents. This on is subtle and masculine, absolutely love it!

Soft & Pleasant
I really like this fragrance, but gave it three stars because I was hoping for a very strong and masculine musk fragrance. This musk is very mild and soft. It smells really great in my creams and scrubs and will work well for both men and women. However, if you want the strong musky fragrance, then this is not it.

Not bad.
When I first opened the container I thought to myself....this doesn't smell like the African Musk I remember.
Now that my soap has been curing for a few weeks it smells exactly like the African Musk I remember.
My tip for you is this. Less is more. -
Indeed a "powdery musk"
I really enjoy this fragrance oil, I've purchased it twice for use in men's grooming products (soaps, bubble bath, etc.) I think the description of "powdery musk" is best fitting, it has a very clean smell and is not very spicy. It blends well with other fragrances and essential oils, it is a masculine fragrance must-have.

Men Like It
I tested this with Male customer feed back. For the most part, they like it. Especially as an alternative to chemical fragrances. Some want it to have a stronger scent and not mild, so I cut with an Earthy Essential oil. This Scent is called Egyptian Musk in other locations.

Excellent Sillage
Very good concentration sillage 3-5 hours in perfumers alch. I'm satisfied. The musk is very artificial but it seems to sell really well.Personally I would not wear it as I think it smells like Jovan Musk Cheap and Plastic but for the price it's a great deal and it sells so...

Excellent!
When I first ordered, this wasn't in stock so I opted for the "regular" musk which was fine and served the purpose but this African musk is the one I'll stick with from now on. Wonderful earthy fragrance with rich tones - very sexy!

Smells great in men's lotion.
This has a nice clean smell, a little goes a long way as most fragrance does. I put it in my after shower lotion for men.

Regular musk
You were out of the African Musk so to avoid a delay I switched to the regular musk. Very nice "manly" smell, not overpowering, Next time around I'll try the African musk and see what, if any, there is between the two.
