I switched to the oil cleansing method over a week ago. I've been using two parts of this oil and one part castor and I can honestly say I am not disappoint in the least. With my acne prone skin I was worried about leaving behind my benzoyl regimen behind, but this has been a much better way to cleanse and moisturizer for me so far. Good quality oil.

Nice sweet almond oil
