Shampoo Base
I starting using this as soon as I got it and added Rosemary & Mint essential oil to it and I love it. My hair was squeaky clean! I haven't tried the conditioner base yet. But I feel very confident in it.

Very good used this as a body wash/shampoo product and it holds the fragrance well and lathers exceptionally well and is very thick which is what I wanted I really like this base and will be purchasing it again

A great shampoo that can also be used for body wash.....not to mention at an amazing price! This stuff is already packed with essential oils so all I do is add my desired fragrance & BOOM. As good as it gets. Leaves my hair soft & lustrous. Glad I found this gem!

Great product, especially for allergy sufferers
A few years ago, I started becoming allergic to fragrances. It's easy to find fragrance-free detergent, bath soap, and dish detergent in my local grocery store, but there is no fragrance-free shampoo to be found. None of our drug stores carry any at all! One health-food store that is ten miles out of town carries one brand of fragrance-free shampoo, and it is $16.95 for an 8 oz bottle. I started searching online and found Bulk Apothecary's unscented shampoo base. It works really well. My hair feels clean, and I don't get any headaches or rashes. You can buy a full gallon (that's 128 oz) for only $13.95. That's an extra 120 oz for $3.00 less. It's a good product and an absolute bargain!

I use it only as shampoo. I added nothing, used straight from the container. No fragrance, thick, concentrated with plenty of suds. Stop searching and buy this.

Exceded my expectations
