This is a great shampoo base, I've used fragrance and essential oils both in it. You should heat the shampoo base until it's warm before scenting it. Make sure you don't exceed the flashpoint of your oils. The shampoo base will turn into liquid but will come back to thickness when it cools. If the shampoo base isn't thick enough, add a 1/4 tsp of salt to it.

Love the product. Take care if adding scent. I use only 3-5ml per 32 oz and product does really well with a good scent. I have received the wrong order two times now. I've received Pet Shampoo instead of the Sulfate-Free. I've suggested changing the label for the Pet Shampoo as it does look just like the Sulfate-Free label. I am slowly incorporating it into my entire product line of shampoos. It really is great and I never write reviews!

For a "natural" shampoo, this totally surprised me! All the other natural shampoos I have ever used do not lather well. This lathers very well and a little goes a long way, saving you even more money on the already great price! Also, between the shampoo and conditioner combo, my hair has never been so soft and frizz free! (see my review on the conditioner for the one negative thing about it)...

I absolutely LOVE this base!!!! I used Bumble & Bumble for years so I was very skeptical, I tried it and I could have just died I was so happy what a great product at a GREAT price! I am used to paying almost ten times this for a product so happy!!!!

I am very pleased with this shampoo. It has been difficult to find a shampoo that is both moisturizing and sulfate free. My customers love this shampoo. I also love that it is super concentrated. A little goes a long way. Please keep it as a staple product.

I tried it for the first time last night. It lathered up well and gave my hair bounce and shine. There was no sensitivity, which I often experience. My customers will love it!

I really like this shampoo, it didn't dry my hair out, and it had a great lather. Plus who can beat getting a 16 oz bottle of shampoo for only $3.95!!! I didn't find I needed a conditioner either.

I am allergic to the scent used in almost all shampoos. I was very happy to find this excellent shampoo that I can use with no problems. I am also very pleased with the price.
